Internet Fame

My face has been popping up all over the internet due to the AMAZING art of my wonderful roommate Grace DuVal Johnston. She created this Joan of Arc-inspired armor from recycled bike inner tubes. I had the pleasure of modeling it (actually she sorted build it for my measurements!).  Well, she posted a crafters about it, and well it got picked up by some other sites as well. You should defiantly check it out, as well as Grace's other work.

An honest try.

Remember back in high school when everyone had livejournals? Mostly everyone else had an account to read what the kids who actually wrote on a regular basis were saying. I never, not once, had an account and rarely ever looked at. I have also never really been a person to follow blogs at all. There is that part of me that can get over thinking that blogs only exist as a vanity, another way just to look cool. 

With that being said, I think I am cool- AWESOME actually. So I am going to try to give this blog an honest effort. It will be a great way to learn/ share the things I love to do (things that mainly keep me at home, alone) with other people who are doing such similar things.
